Overview

PN398N(SE) is an edge-safe, expandable webbing lanyard built for environments with potential trip and sharp-edge hazards. Made from 44mm-wide elasticated polyester webbing, it contracts when relaxed to under 1.5m and extends up to 2.0m when in use, keeping excess slack to a minimum. The integrated energy absorber works with a Steel Screw Locking Karabiner on one end and a Steel Scaffold Hook on the other to provide secure anchorage.

Inspection and care

Inspect harnesses, lanyards and connectors before every use. Remove from service any equipment that has arrested a fall, or shows cuts, burns, chemical damage or deformed hardware. Have equipment inspected by a competent person at least every twelve months.
