Overview

PN397(SE) is an edge-safe expandable lanyard designed for secure mobility and reduced trip hazards in sharp-edge work zones. Constructed from 44mm-wide elasticated polyester webbing, it remains compact at under 1.5m when relaxed and extends smoothly to 2.0m during use. This elastic nature minimizes slack while maintaining working reach. Integrated with an energy absorber, the lanyard features a Steel Screw Locking Karabiner on one end and a Steel Snap Hook on the other, both crafted from galvanized alloy steel.

Inspection and care

Inspect harnesses, lanyards and connectors before every use. Remove from service any equipment that has arrested a fall, or shows cuts, burns, chemical damage or deformed hardware. Have equipment inspected by a competent person at least every twelve months.
