Overview

The PN385 Energy Absorbing Kernmantle Rope Lanyard is built to perform under pressure while keeping things simple. Constructed using Ø11mm polyamide kernmantle rope, it includes an efficient energy absorber that reduces shock during a fall. Both ends are fitted with Steel Snap Hooks for easy, secure attachment. The rope features a visual tracer to indicate wear over time, and the loops are reinforced with abrasion-resistant thimbles and protective sleeves.

Inspection and care

Inspect harnesses, lanyards and connectors before every use. Remove from service any equipment that has arrested a fall, or shows cuts, burns, chemical damage or deformed hardware. Have equipment inspected by a competent person at least every twelve months.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and chemicals.
