Overview

For tasks where the risk of fall is high and the margin for shock is low, the PN301 Energy Absorbing Twisted Rope Lanyard delivers critical restraint with built-in impact control. Featuring an integrated energy absorber, this lanyard is made from Ø12mm three-strand polyamide rope, reinforced with a wear-indicating colored tracer and abrasion-resistant thimbles at the loops. The rope ends are professionally spliced and shielded with polyethylene sleeves to withstand friction.

Inspection and care

Inspect harnesses, lanyards and connectors before every use. Remove from service any equipment that has arrested a fall, or shows cuts, burns, chemical damage or deformed hardware. Have equipment inspected by a competent person at least every twelve months.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and chemicals.
